according to my wife, it states something like: KISB is now going to be broadcasting on telstar-5 unscrambled starting on 10-30-2005. the monthly cost to scramble the signal was too much. they may be able to continue scrambling again in the spring
can someone verify this for me before I move my dish again

So what is the relationship between KISB and Globecast?

I thought that Globecast was the one scrambling the signals and that KISB is just a content provider?

It seems I can no longer receive KISB 1 and 2 on TEL-5. Can anyone confirm if these channels have been scrambled again within the last few days? Thanks.

Well. It looks like we only have 2 Christian stations that are FTA on IA-5 now. KISB 3 (CBS) and JSTV.
