Best deal I've found for Korean Programs

Please ignore this old posting (I can't seem to delete it). Thank you.

Actually, the only FTA non-scrambled Korean station that I can get now is:

GCN (Korean Christian Channel) on AMC4
Radio Korea on T-5
Radio Seould on T-5

Anyone else have any other channels to add to this list?

I might add that ImaginAsian (on G10R) does have a little bit of English-subtitled Korean programming. Dramas mostly, though - no Korean news shows.

Now I have also tested the channels on Galaxy 10R. You will need a receiver that has AC3 audio capabilities. To get KEYU-TV (Amarillo) & KAMT-LP (Amarillo) and now ImaginAsian Audio has gon AC3 too.

Where are you finding these FTA? I checked LyngSat (which, I know, is often wrong . . . ) and it appears that:

EchoStar 3 (Ku-band) is entirely Dish Network – which is most certainly NOT FTA.

EchoStar 9 (C- and Ku-band) shows JCTV FTA on C-band (4100 V) but all the Ku-band listings are also for Dish Network.

I understand that KBS America is now a standard (non-premium) channel on Dish Network, but of course you have to subscribe to Dish to receive it.

Also noted that ImaginAsian TV (previously FTA on G10R, Ku-band) is now on EchoStar 9 (C-band, 3777 H). And, apparently, it is no longer FTA. :mozilla_cry:
