I found TAN TV unscrambled , then scrambled on AMC4

is it unscrambled on AMC9
or is thir any outher free Korean TV out thir
I installed two sat sys one week ago now thy have no tv to see in Korean

help help

I wanted to know the same thing if you know someone with a motor drive on there dish they can check, i'm still looking for info on the AMC9 when i get i'll post it.
