Sm3D12 Motor

I can't get the diseqc switch to change when mounted after the motor, when before the motor it changes fine. I'm trying to use 2 lnbs ( circ + Linear) on the fortec 85 mm dish. the cable run is 25 ft from reciever to switch and add 20ft to the run with the motor between them.

The correct way of hooking it up is to put the switch between the motor and LNBs.

VJ9999 I'm trying to do that, but the signal won't get past the motor.
Are you using the sm3d12 rotator? Are you using a Pansat 4X1 DISeqc 2.0 switch with a Pansat receiver?

I noticed where you are we are neighbors. Did you find anywhere nearby to buy sat stuff? I'm still using California and Ohio nearby would be nice.

I am using Fortec receiver right now with SG2100 (but I have used it with SM3D12) and Sadoun's 2x1 Diseqc switch. I have around 75ft of cable from my receiver to the motor, then a small 3ft cable from the motor to the switch and then couple of 6ft cables to each of the LNBFs.

I have been buying all my stuff mostly from Sadoun. I haven't found anything local.
