SM3D12 installation - Ottawa, ON

I ordered SkyStar2 PCI card and SM3D12 motor from Montreal last week and try to get all the necessary info for installation.

Here's my data, is it correct?

Ottawa, ON:
Latitude: 45.42
Longitude: 75.72
Dish Elevation: 46.5-6.81=39.69

What sattelite would be at my TRUE SOUTH position, probably Echostar7, 119? Or it's safer to use the compass and magnetic deviation for Ottawa, which is around 11 degrees, I think, (180+11=191)?
