HH100 motor mount elevation should be your Lat. value = 37.5
Fortec Star dish elevation should be 24

Fomula to calculate dish elevation on a STAB mount is as follows:
Dish elevation (DE) = P - (60 - Lat.)

P = 46.5
Thus: DE= 46.5 - (60-37.5)= 24
