Fortec Star FSCI-9800v2 and HH-100

I have successfully set my Satellite Dish to alternate between three satellites AMC5, G3and T5. It runs perfectly when switching between channels of these satellites. However, when I tried to add more satellites by using DiSEqC 1.3 (automatic) or DiSEqC 1.2 (move manually), the motor doesn’t move even though my receiver shows a message it is moving. I have two motors SG-2100 and HH-100, they move unreliably when I use the move command in DiSEqC 1.2. I wonder whether this is an inherit problem of Fortec Star or am I missing some tricks somewhere to have them properly operated?
