Hi rafca! You should check everything carefully.I watch all channels from PAS9.I use 8ft mesh dish,Astrotel 15* C-band lnb and Polarotor and the quality is OK.You can use smaller size/but solid/ prime focus/parabolic/dish, but I guess not less than 6ft for your location. Also try to find C-band lnb not less than 17*/the less the degrees, the better/.You can use Diseq switch to switch between converters. If you have any ?, I will try to help

Re: help

1. No need to use a C-band dish if you are only interested in Ku. Cubavison is also avaialbe on PAS9, KU.

2. In order to get Cubavision, you must use universal ku lnbf. Check out your lnbf to see what it is. If it is not universal, you need to relace it.

3. 2.6 is kind of small for FTA. 3ft should be a good start. If possible, get a 36"

4. Where are you located? If you live in the West, the dish elevation for PAS9 is kind of slow. Example: I live in San Francisco, Cali, the elevation for PAS9 is 11deg. PAS9 is also the furthest East sat I can get. The bottom line is you need to find a good place to install the dish to have a clear view if you live in the West.

5. It seems like your h-h mount is not set up correctly. Sadoun has a very nice instruction of how to set up h-h mount. Please read it.

Re: help

Excuse me for not reading your prior post carefully...:-)
Back to your questions:
1. True south sat = Long. Your longtitude is 80 so you can use AMC5@79W as your truesouth.
2.H-H mount elevation = your lat which is 26deg
3. Depend on the brand of your h-h mount, you need to use right formular to calculate the dish elevation. Please check out the link below:
http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Installati...Calculator.htm
Order an universal ku lnbf, you are good to go...:-)
http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Products/F...NBF/FSKU-v.htm
Once you get the universal lnbf, you need to change the LO:
Low: 9750, High 10600.
