I had to edit my reply, because the two sats are 4 degrees apart instead of 2 degrees like I had stated before.Someone testing multiple lnb/lnbfs can help better with this.Sorry for the wrong info.

4 degrees should be doable I would recommend a 90 cm dish or larger.align your center lnb on 97 west then move the other around untill you find 93.

You need to buy a bracket that holds multiple LNB. They are sold mainly in Europe. Try an internet search.

No need for bracket: just attach them side by side as close as possible - I have done it with 97W and 101W with 80cm dish - worked OK, but with 90cm should be better for sure.
{EDIT}: you will need a bracket for sats, which are more than 6 degrees apart

Another idea. There are LNBs made that can receive 2 satellites a set distance apart. Again, I believe that they are mainly sold in Europe. So all you would need is one of these LNB.

If you can find it, then get 2 LNB and duct tape

I did that on 90cm dish. I used lnb holder with 2 mini lnb's. These lnb's are very small and they install close to each other.
