Help with locating all tp's

I owned a Pansat that did a great job at blind scanning a SAT... I have since sold it and purchased a Viewsat... I noticed the Viewsat Blind scan is just not as effective at finding all TP's...

Lyngsat has fallen behind and some of their information is outdated... I would perfer to get the info dirrectly from the sat at time of scan....

My question is... Is there a meter or something that can do an accurate complete blind scan? Somthing I can perhaps hook up inline. Cost is also an issue... If it is over say 140.00 I can just buy a Pansat for blind scanning.

I would go back to the Pansat for blind scanning als the Fortec receivers does a good job for blind scanning.
