Finding FSN with Fortec Lifetime

I've been using my Fortec Lifetime for about 3 weeks. I've found many dozens of channels, but have been looking for a couple FSN channels, FSN-Pittsburgh in particular, and have had no luck.
When I started, Lyngsat listed this channel on C-3, but a bit over a week ago Lyngsat changed, and listed it as being on G11. I already had a channel saved on G11, at 4140, 512/650 PCR/8190 , which comes up as FSN-Houstn color bars both now and before Lyngsat started calling this signal FSN-Pittsburgh.
Can someone tell me if FSN-Pittsburgh is FTA now, or is it just another case of Lyngsat being wrong or outdated already (even though I checked this out the day after it was updated).
Also, with respect to tuning the Lifetime receiver. When I try to re-scan that transponder on G-11, it just instantly pops up 6 channels found, and takes me to the channels I already have saved. My question is, would I get different results if I deleted the channels I have saved before I re-scan the transponder?
