AZ 1 big or 2 small dish ??? FTA

Motorized is it better to go 1x8f dish or 2xSmaller as it will be connected to 2 receivers either way ?
Smaller ?? 120cm ??

Concerned that the 76inch solid dish motor / other parts I got for free might end up a white non moving elephant , old equipment.

Well 1 8' dish can get both C and Ku. But 2xSmaller can only get Ku.
Not likely that you won't use 76cm. I have 5 dishes up now, and am using 4 of them.

Thank you. Another Neby Q?

Will there be a perfomance / better signal on a 2.4m over a 1.8m / 8f over 6f ??
I presume the BSC621-2-C-KU-LNBF is then better than a 0.6 ???
I presume it would give about 3.6m dish performance on a 2.4m / 240cm dish or close to it.

My only problem is a motor for a 240cm / 2.4m / 8F

Seen this below on another website.

EIRP (dBW) 0.6 - 0.7 0.8 - 1.0 1.1 - 1.3
38 dBW 150 cm 180 cm 240 cm

if you are wanting c band reception would recommend at least a 8.5 ft dish. the actuators arms motec TD 24" that sadoun sales will move the dish if it is a polar mount. as far as signals go bigger dish is better.

For packages is there a 6 in 1 cam ??

For the decrypting part is it better to get 2 decoder/receivers 1 with irdeto and 1 with nagravison or is there a cam that can do 6 in 1 . "5400 and 5900"

Getting 2 receivers either way.

I will likely have to get bouqets / packages as well for the family.

Not sure how to get 1 C/KU lnb into 2 receivers.

One will direct it to a sat and the other is for a second channel unless there is another way to get multiple channels from 1 receiver on 2 or more tv's ??

Almost ready to buy.

what channels are you trying to receive. most subscription services require you to use their receivers.

Likely the normal discovery channels + cartoon's + spike etc. Might keep them from messing with the big dish settings.
LOL
Will get a small dish package for them as well. But later as they can still use the remaining cable service for now.

Just had a look at wes john ?? site WOW.

My 2.412 - 2.462ghz 802.11g wireless router or the AT&T wirelles phone ?? 5.8ghz ?? not sure will this interfere with the incoming signal.

Will try 45W to 110W satellites.

Might be in trouble trying to get the arch correctly or the dish / feedhorn distance.
Have dark brown / black turf soil here and it moves a bit so I will have to do a very good mounting/concrete session.

Would have loved to mount it on the roof darn.

for those channels you will have to go with dish or direct or the 4dtv. just remember to use 1 80 lb bag of cement per 1 ft of dish and you should be fine.
