twinhan pci 102g thinks its in china

on usals setup page it tells me "Cannot reach this satellite from your location" to all U.S.satellites.........my latitude is 90 degrees west not 90 degrees east !!!!!.......can anyone help

Don't know where you are but there is a place for you to change the settings in the program to your proper location. If you don't like the software (and I don't) you may be able to use Prog DVB, it may be better for you.

90 de latitude puts you up at the north pole with Santa. Can't see sats from up there.
Probably not your problem though, typo? What are all your settings on this page?

90 degrees west goes from north pole to south pole through the U.S.

That was my poor attempt at being funny. It's 90 degrees "LONGITUDE" that does what you say, not 90 degrees "LATITUDE". I think you had a typo. I assume you didn't do that on the USALS form, but I thought I should check. You can't see ANY geostationary sat from 90 deg latitude.

You may want to use "-90" (neg.) to change longitude from East to West.
Other programs want you to use 180 + 90 = 270° for the same thing

Thanks for the negative. Now if this rain would quit I'd try to get a signal, and dry....Ho Ho Ho......LOL

tried DVBDREAM and read at Satellite guys forum if you have a normal lnb to set DD to circular lnb..........now getting lots of channels
