viewsat ex not working right??

my zip is 07204 lat/40 long 74 im locked in on sbs from tv strong signal. i entered this on vs ex usals hit ok still get errer load?i changed the diseqc switch installed 4x1 chieta . as i enetered each sat i save them 3 linuar 4 circular good music sats. the only place my dish goes to when i hit programed sat is the last i entered for that port.my conclusion is that that my reciever does not work as is supposed to from what i read in diff forms.i have and only using 1 reciever 1 motor 1(1)m dish and quad lnb.and as far as i seen no one has a solution for this...............

I would try without switch, just using one linear LNB output, and would try to recheck receiver settings for each satellite, to make sure positioner settings are set to "USALS" everywhere.

sorry if i sound like a dummy just not that easy to understand.its like a different language
just to make shore receiver----motor-----linear input of quad right OK.heres the biggy your saying all my sat should be set to usals then OK as i did with sbs...............wouldent that make all my sat settings go to sbs..this is what I'm trying to explain in my forms no one can understand.in other word's i have the same signal as some of my other sats with sbs but those sats show there code names meaning g-10 123 ..sbs signal comes in strong but then i get mpeg something for a reading.i bet you thought you heard it all now.
