depends on how tall the building is. go to Sadoun.com under tech support find the elevation and azimuth of the sats then use a compass and inclinometer to check line of site.

Lets just make a quick assumption, if the sun from a couple months ago can shine on the 10 foot dish all day, it would be OK. The sun was tracking where the satellites travel thru their arc a couple months ago.
