Samsung LNBF Specs?

Does anyone know where to find specs for the Samsung Model No. MSDU2231AA LNBF, such as the L.O. freq? On the label it only says Input Freq.:11.70-12.20Ghz and Noise Figure: 0.6dB. This is the second one I've got that doesn't seem to work. The first one had a bad F connector so I couldn't connect the cable and I sent it back and got it replaced under warranty but the replacement doesn't seem to work at all unless I have the L.O. setting wrong. I thought it was a std. linear Ku model for 10750 but I can take off the old Tee-Comm LNB and put this one in it's place and I don't get anything at all.
Samsung doesn't have any customer support. This model is not listed on the website so I tried emailing them and they deny knowing anything about it!

LO is 10750 standard (not a universal)

I tried 10750 but didn't get anything so I'm going to try the other settings next time.

If you have a blind search receiver, just do a blind search, and see what freq the signals show up at. You should then be able to tell what the LO is.
But if the freq coverage is only 11700-12200, then it's probably a standard 10750, and since it isn't working for you, it may simply be dead.
Only other thing I can think, is that it may be like some of those Primestar things, that only do one polarity, and it may require 18V, and you may be on a polarity that is only giving it 13V.
