I don't use this feedhorn so don't know for sure but would start with the horizontal up if tha doesnt work you can always rotate the feedhorn a 180 degrees.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with how they work. Neat feedhorn though. People say that they give a higher quality signal than the polarotor versions, although I guess you don't get the ability to fine tune polarity.
I hope that you just loosely connected your LNBs, as it doesn't look like they are bolted on securely. Don't forget to tighten them up before you put the thing up, or water will get in. Sounds obvious, but I did that once. Ie I bought a used dish once, and wasn't quite ready to install it, but I didn't want to lose the parts, so I loosely assembled the thing, just by hand, then later, I took it outside and put it on a dish that wasn't yet mounted on a pole. Then the thing sat for many months in the rain and snow, and when I finally hooked the thing up to a coax, I realized that I never tightened down the LNBs, and the wave guides were all wet inside.

Thanks Bill they are only hand tighten. On the polarity on analog channels if the dish is tune correctly for digital cband all the analog channels are automatically fine tuned.I use a multiswitch so i do not have to loop out to get both polarities.I am moving the dish with a manhattan plaza 550 receiver with 300 gig hard drive it can also control a servo porolator if i want to use my corotor II plus c/ku feedhorn. When i had the lnb at 12 o'clock i was only getting the horz tp's.My true south is G3 and i get about 94 quality on the TP'S that i receive.I get the same type numbers on G16.

Yeah, I guess for C-band there shouldn't be any problems. I guess right now, the only sat that's a problem is AMC1 but that's only the KU side. I used to read posts from people who claimed that the polarity from sats close to the horizon got shifted a bit, but I think I'm using the same polarity setting on all my C-band sats across the ARC, so I guess you're right that fine adjustment isn't really necessary.
