moving dish

Ok I think I made some progress I have my dish locked in on echo 3 at 61.5 I am getting all the channels I know are on the satellite. Echo3 is 13.5 de. of my true south satelitte which sbs6 at 74 w de.MY extreme magnum (receiver) will not move the dish to any other satelitte. If I move the dish with swtich on the motor to east or west, then go back to the receiver move is back to echo 3 it will move there. Is it the problem with the receiver not been program right?
Note: after I got a very strong signal on echo3 I did move the complete system dish and motor about 13 de west so I will be at my true south. help!

Did you setup your receiver to work with DISEqC switch ports?
Do you use USALS in your receiver to control the motor?
If so, did you input your geo location?
To answer your question, we need to know what you have already done.
Did you read instructions, how to set up a motorized dish?

I'm pretty sure he inferred from your earlier post:

"I am getting most channels that I know are on 61.5 a few of them are 471 and 472 and some spanish channels"

These are PPV channels on dish according to this link:
