Need expert help-Dish elev.& lnbf questions

I apologize for double posting--I realized I may have posted to the wrong place.

I have Fstar 36"-sadoun kul1 standard linear lnbf-SM3D22 motor-Neusat sp6000 preprogrammed box.
My lat=36.79
Long.= 92.77
southernmost=178 (with deviation)
Zip 65608 (22miles from loc.)

Settings--motor set @ 36
Dish set @ 39.1 (set with HH chart)
motor go to X @ 178 aimed @ Galaxy11 91W

Question--With given settings & lnbf -Am I on the right track?
And do I have to manually input tp-lnbf in recvr/it supports
go to X,USALS,Diseqc 1.2/1.3-c/ku reception.
Thank you in advance!

Motor should be close but personally I would have set at 37. I know nothing concerning your particular receiver but there should be an area where you enter your location for USALS to use. You will also need to verify your lnbf settings are entered as a standard and not a UNI. As to the dish, sounds correct.

Now with all this set tell your dish to go to your nearest to true south sat. I would be using 93 not 91 but that is your choice. I would be hunting for 11865 V 3516 it should be easy enough to find. Now slowly rotate your assembly on your mast until you find peak signal. Now work slowly with dish elevation until you have peak signal. Tighten it down and see what you have.
