I am having a problem located 119 with the dish 1000. The manual states the skew should be set at 108 for my zip 582XX with elevation 30, azi 201. Skew seems too high to me. I am located in Pembina , ND so I farther north than grand forks, near the border.
Try to connect the 119 lnb by itself to the receiver and get signal. Make sure you see 119 signal on the twin lnb. Once you get it then reconnect lnb's to the switch and perform a check switch.
