Viewsat installation

I have a 36 inch dish H-H motor and standard LNB, freq set at 10750.
I had already used this dish first with a Pansat 2500 receiver and then with a Pansat 2700. I have found about 8 satellites, G10R, T5, T6, AMC 1,3,4,5 and Satmex5. I tried to program a Viewsat but I have trouble finding signal quality with this machine. I have also had a problem with entering the correct transponder frequency, for instance T5Ku 11836. The maual for this receiver is pretty short on information.
Thanks for any help,
Johnny

I installed a fta 33 inch dish with a universal KuLNBF, Input freq 11.7-12.2 GHZ and output
950-1450 MHZ but I can\'t get any signal on Telstar5 at my location in Miami. I have my elevation set to 54.5 and 214 on the azimuth and I\'ve also tried changing LNBF frequency from universal 1 and universal 2 on my pansat 2500A
fta receiver...

You can use a channel editor to convert pansat 2500 list to Viewsat list. All satellite positions information would be stored with the channel list.
