help dish 1000 plus?

I install this dish but cannot get the 119 on the right lnb ,its picking up the wrong lnb. My zip code is 10977 so my Az is 252 and el25 sk is 129. im using Dpp44 ,all connection is correct but port 3 is showing 119 with good signal and quality? On port 1 nothing is showing 119?

What LNB is port one connected to? What's connected to port 3 (119?)

hi there As I mention before my problem. Still cannot get the right bird on 119? I put back my old dish 500 got back right away the 119 & 110 signal and quality! You think the lnb on this 1000+ is broken?

anything is possible but I still think the alignment is off.remember a small amount of movement will move you along way when you think about hitting a target 23000 miles away.

Best thing to do is to connect port D of the big lnb (119) to port one of the DPP 44 switch. move the dish until you get signal on 119. Rest should come along.

Sorry. I meant DPP44
There no DPP 34
Dish 1000Plus supports 4 orbit locations. You need a DPP44 to get all 4 locations. Port 1 of the switch will pass the signal without the help from receiver or power. So it's a good port for testing.

As I understand these dishes you align to the east most sat from the correct lnb. I woudl disconnect all others to verify I was getting the correct reading. This is done with east west and elevation adjustment. Then with skew you align for the west most sat and lnbf. In thought the others should be there. This is what I have read (instructs) but can not attest to it as I do not sub to DN or DTV. Never have and most likely never will.
