Need help with my T-55 dish

I have a T-55 dish.
I'm in Wisconsin looking to get 82, 91 110 & 119.
Lat.. 42.9 degrees N. or 42 degrees 57' N
Lon... 87.9 degrees W or 87 degrees 54' W
I need the LNBF settings for the slide rail, angle settings for the holders, along with the skew, azimuth, and elevation. I purchased it used and have to serial numbers, therefore can't get anyone to help me. I'm hopeing someone here can. PLEASE, can someone help me with the settings on it?

Just put in your latitude/longitude and choose your farthest east & west satellite you want to aim at
