Sadoun Digipower SG2100 elevation question

Ok, I'm in New Orleans and have to set my Latitude to 30/Elevation to 60. Now the SG2100 has an elevation washer I had to put in. The washer has two pointy parts under the bolt itself and a flat part with the word "DOWN" on it. Do I set the angle according to the two pointy parts under the bolt or the bottom of the washer marked "DOWN"? Thanks.

From a post I made a couple weeks ago,

Ie I found that it was just forward of the little "pointy parts". However I think the way you can confirm this is to verify that what you read on the elevation side is 90 minus what you read on the latitude side.
