3 LNB’s + 4 Receivers + 1 UHF/VHF antenna Multiswitch

Please help.

I have 3 LNB’s (I think they are circular as they use 11250) that I need to connect to 4 receivers. The 3 LNBS are mounted on a t-55. I need to purchase a multiswitch that will allow me to connect all 3 LNB’s + my UHF/VHF antenna. If it is not possible with a single switch is there a combination of switches / diplexers etc that will allow me achieve this. The LNB’s are used in a FTA configuration. The UHF/VHF antenna is used for HDTV.

Thanks in advance

First thing you will need to do is buy linear lnbf's. There is for all practical purposes nothing available in the US on the circular side of Ku that is not subscription.

All you have to do for the antenna is get a splitter that splits it into 4 feeds and one to each receiver. They all have a TV input on the back. You will also want to purchase 4 port lnbf's. From there you will need (4) 4 port DiSeqC switches. You will run all of the #1 ports from the 3 lnbf's to three ports of a DiSeqC #1. Follow this for all the ports on the lnbf's. Now you have 4 single outputs from the DiSeqC's. One for each receiver.

I am assuming you wish to have 4 tv's running and not build a 4 channel cable system. If these lnbf's are DirecTV or Dish Network lnbf's this will not work. They require special switches and depending on what type they are require all kinds of funny little things that you would need to contact your dealer for. Whoever you would be buying subscription from.

You also will not be able to watch both a H and a V channel at the same time from the same sat. If you provide more specifics on what you are trying to do as in receiver, what sats you are trying to line up on with this multi lnbf dish I am sure we can be of more specific help.
