SG2100 will not move

I just bought an SG2100 from sadoun.I install it on a plumb pole and i have the fortec 1.2 meter dish.I set my true south which is telstar 5.My lat=36.1n my long=94.1w.I set the latitude on the motor to 36 and i set my dish elevation to 24.I went into my setup of my pansat 3500 and chose telstar 5.I put in my long and lat numbers.I chose ucals and go to reference which was zero and then i hit move 3.3 degrees. The motor went all the way to the west on the motor and stopped.I tried to manually make the motor go back east but it will not move.I did a reset and it still will not move. The green light is on the motor but i cannot get it to do anything.Anyone with a suggestion

Is the receiver running factory software? How do you have your coax routed (switches and the such). Have you disconnected the motor from the receiver and tried a power pack to move the motor? If you remove the dish will the motor move?

Question

With power coming from the receiver through the cable, will it move at all when you push the East-West control button on the motor?

The fortecstar 120 cm dish is too heavy for Moteck SG2100 Motor. If i go to G10 or farther west the motor will not return the dish unless i go outside and put the manual button and push the dish eastward with my hand.I think i need the 50mm tube for this dish.

According to Moteck the 120 is not to heavy and according to you the motor does not move without the dish attached. So with this the motor is not moving with no weight. That does not make it an issue of the dish being to heavy.

The motor does move it will not move once you send it down the arc say g10 for example. You have to go outside and push the dish while pushing the manual button. If you move it 10 degrees from 0 east or west it can return but if you go down the arc it will not return up the arc.

Have you tried using a horizontal tp for movement? H tp's utilize 18v and V use 13v
