PAS3R from Toronto

I am trying to get a lock on PAS3R at 43.1W which should be easier but i could not find it. Did anyone having silmilar issue ?

I am tuning to TP 12048 H. (see pic). I am setting SR to 21015 is this correct? or should i set it it 512 ?

it looks like your settings is right I can't receive that sat due to mountains.maybe someone else will reply.

Thanks. something is wrong with the PAS3 bird. in Indiana you should have easier
