Little help with My motorized system

I have FORTEC MERCURY II and SG2100 Motor, i got jsut some of the satellite, and when my dish is moving to some of the satellites i get a strong SGNAL QUALITY but NO SIGNAL level, what's that means please and thanks for taking your time to read and help

Are you sure you don't have that reversed? Ie it's common to have signal level without quality (ie no lock), however I've never seen quality with no level.

Sure everything connected lie it have to be, and i have already IA5, and IA6

are you sure it's signal level and not signal quality you are getting.like Bill said never seen a system get signal quality with no signal level.
