installation fortec star system

I have a fortec star receiver,36 inch fortec dish,stab 90 motor,fortec uni lmb. I live in Columbus In.47201.39.2 85.9 .I used to have a c band system which I installed several. I am having trouble getting the ark right.I get several satellites but if I get a good signal on one the other does not have good signal. On the stab 90 does the dish go to the bottom of the shaft on the motor I have read that it doesn't but the picture in the book installation manual showes it does. I get 70percent on ia5 at 97.ow but only get 46 percent on galaxy 10r. But if I get a good signal on galaxy 10 then my signal is not good ia5 What is the answer.thanks

check out the thread bad luck no luck and frustrated. lot of good ideas to get you on the arc.
