Fine tuning

I keep hearing a lot about fine tuning. My lat is 98.5 and I get a signal of 70% for IA5. How do I fine tune the dish when I am on the far reaches of the arc. Currently, I have moved around to about 12 sats and got good signal strength but that signal strength goes down on the outer reaches. Approximately, how many sat's should I be able to receive from where I'm at--San Antonio, TX? Hopefully, at some point I'll be able to start giving advice on here. I'm making huge progress from everyone's help. Enjoyed watching Gomer Pyle, Hogans Heroes, MASH and My Three Sons out of Price Utah last night.

Bad Luck, No Luck, & Frustrated! Advice, Please? This a thread started by radiobob. Read my posts and you will get the dish dialed in. Sounds like either your declination or elevation is off a bit.
