T-55 Help

Hello,
New to the forum and didn't know where else to ask. I purchased a T-55 from Sadoun on Ebay last week. It arrived yesterday, in a new box, but there was no documentation with it at all. It is an original Wave Frontier model, but I need the serial number in order to get the correct settings, and it's supposed to be in the manual, which should have been shipped with it. I went through the box a couple of times, but it's just not there.... I sent a request through eBay (sent a message to seller, Sadoun), but have not heard anything back. Any suggestions?

give him time he will get back to you they stay very busy.

Call 888-519-9595 and ask them to give you the S/N over the phone.

Thanks for the manual, I was able to find that last night on the WaveFrontier website and have the dish all put together. I called that number this morning at 9est and spoke with one of the folks there. He said that he'd give my number to the eBay person who would call me right back. I realize they're busy, but it's been 4 hours and I still haven't heard anything back... I'd really like to get this thing installed this afternoon/evening.

I guess I should have more patience... But, when you buy something you expect it to come with everything... and when it doesn't you expect it to be made right, and quickly.
