Torroid 90 installation

I bought a torroid-90 dish from you a few months ago and am having problems getting it aimed correctly. Can you please tell me where to measure the azimuth angle, the compass point and the skew of the dish? I am located in Spokane, WA 99201 and found out that I am at 47.666485 deg N and 117.436527 deg W and need a 34.8 deg elevation and a 169.1 azimuth (compass direction 152.1 deg)
The Skew of the dish is to be 99-101 degrees, where should I measure that?
Also the LNBF skew of 6.7 degrees is that measured from vertical???
