Signal Strength Escalates and De-escalates

Does anyone know why the signal power go up and down.
Sometimes it goes up to 74% and sometimes it drops down to 44%.

I am talking about the signal not the quality. The signal strength.

you need to post this question in one spot so people have a chance to answer.as for signai strength bouncing up and down it is most likely the way your receiver perceive the signal. as long as quality is not affected would not worry to much.

For the most part, assuming that you are talking about a 24/7 regular feed, without making any changes to your dish aim, I don't see that behavior on my system, except when it's something obvious like during strong winds which move the dish, and/or when something like storm clouds, or a bird on the feedhorn block the signal.
I will say though, that I have on a couple occasions observed that some signals for some unexplained reason show different signal levels at night vs during the daytime.
Anyway, I'd suspect something obvious, like loose bolts on the dish, allowing it to move slightly, or perhaps temperature changes are affecting your LNB.
