6- Now to your question: I am trying to catch AMC 4 (Korean channels). I think the dish set-up looks OK because I get signal stength of better than 70% however there is no (zero) signal quality. I am not sure about receiver set up. Being a newbie, it is little bit complicated but I put following values.

Transponder: 12120V 30000 3/4
LNB Power: 13/18V
LNB Type: 9750/10750
22KHz: Auto
Switch Type: None
Option: None.

Then I do FTA scanning.

Are these correct? If yes, what's next?

I am not sure about universal lnbfs,but where you have 10750 listed,change that to 10600 and see if that helps.Good luck.

all of your readings look's good except for azimuth. you forgot to add your magnetic declination. so with that added you azimuth should be 232.1. once you get that all set begin to fine tune by moving east and west 1/16th of a inch at a time. then adjust your elev. up or down to get highest quality signal. also your lo should be set at 9750/10600 for universal lnbf.
