I have the
Platinum NA. It is a CI receiver with blind search and multilanguage OSD. I have many empty slots to use for additional sat entries but have no access to location of the sats in these slots. I downloaded Fortec's software for channel and sat management and it just made a huge mess of it all. To the point I had to do a factory reset start over manually entering everything. I tried to reorder the sats so they were in order from west to east for me and it did rename the sats but location remained the same so the first on my list is
IA5. I managed to rename it to G10 (actually G0 so it matched my 922) but it still drove to IA5.
I gave up even trying with it. If the BEC just had USALS the Fortec would be collecting dust upstairs

Oh yes blind search also. The only reason the Fortec gets used is features What it lacks in flexibility on setup it makes up for with other features. It also does not crash (much) or at least recovers by itself as opposed to the BEC which requires pulling the plug.
As to the original poster in this thread. While PAS3 may have many channels from Brazil they are aimed at Brazil so unless you are in Brazil you won't get them

I have channels from many Spanish language countries but must say Brazil I do not. Or is Brazil Portugese? Do not remember. I do have some channels in Portugese.
