Got A Signal On 97W but no Channels

I got a signal on 97W T5/KU channel. But no channels. Plus then when I move it to 101, I get no signal. Any Ideas? This is a second post from the one below.

Thanks!

I found a few channels

About 6 now, but when ever you move it to another sat. No signal again. No signal anywhere except for IA5/KU

Did you try downloading 97W?
You need to get a very strong signal first like 70-80%.
Read the instructions on your motor manual. They tell you how to go from there.
Reinhold.

Yup, I have like 90% quality. I snagged like 6 channells but thats it. Then as soon as I change to AMC4/KU and the dish starts moving, thats it for the signal. Once it reaches where it thinks AMC4/KU is, still no signal. I think I am so close to getting it done, but I'm not sure what I should do next. Any help or ideas would be awesome.

Thanks!

when you get locked on a satellite, take a note of whats on the screen (Channel name from the screen, not channel text. Example VTV4 or something like that.)

Now press the INFO button on the remote, and write down for each channel the numbers displayed , example 11712 V 12000

I want to match what channels & Freq info to what satellite you are actuallly on.

(and I'm replying before reading the "2nd post down" whatever that means...)
