Need Help Please. Gonna try again in 1 hour

Hello everyone. I'm trying to get this dish working for my parents. The main goal is to be able to watch the Vietnamese channels. Ok, so first things first. Here is the equiptment I have:

Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra, SM3D12 Motor, 90U Sadoun Dish 33" I believe. Everything is hooked up properly. The dish will move when told to in the receiver. The only thing I need to know is the figures to setup the dish. Dish elevation etc. Here is what I plugged in. I'm assuming they are wrong since it's not picking anything up. Also, I've been trying to use IA5 KU as the guide to hit the signal. I live in the Northeast, zip 17601, PA. Ok, this is the information I got when I plugged in some numbers:

Latitude 40.1N
Longitude 76.3W
Dish Elevation 38.7
Azimuth 180+12 for dev = 192
Should the skew be set to 0 in the receiver?
Receiver is set for NW.

As far as I know, all the receiver settings are correct so my actual dish hardware setup is incorrect, as far as angle and all. A level was used, it is perfectly staright. If someone could please help, I would extremely appreciate it. I want to give it another try with my brothers in like an hour or so. We will have the tv and receiver hooked up outside so it will be easier to see if we hit a sat. Also is the IA5KU the best to tryu to find a signal for the NE? Also, should I be using a newer bin or just a 272 factory?

Thanks in advance!!!

Motor Elevation should be at 40
Dish Elevation should be at 40

Also, make sure mast is vertical. Everything should be pointing at True South.

Use USALS to move the dish to IA5KU.
Adjust True South Slightly until you see Signal and Quality.
Adjust Dish Elevationslightly until you see the highest Quality.
Scan satellite and you are done.

You need to have your dish pointing true south first.
Than you run your motor to 79W.
After that you need to get some quality by moving the motor east to west and the dish up and down ever so slightly (degree at a time) until you get good signal strength. After that you move to 97 W and repeat the above.
Good luck,Reinhold.
