6- Now to your question: Need help with alignment. Pole is mounted plumb, verified with level on three sides of pole. Aligned motor to reference position, motor elevation is set to 41, dish is set to 40. Coordinates inputed into USAL screen, saved, and then move to IA5, results signal 41 and quality 0.

Any suggestions of what I am doing wrong?

you need to start by setting your asmuth to your true south go to www.sadoun.com under installation then go to motorized installation should find the answers you are looking for.
