Mrx 1000

Hello,

I realy need help on getting started. I bought DS-0076 dish manufactured by vinegard. it came with MRX - 1000 universal receiver. also it has LNBF transponder. I am trying to get telstar5 but no luck. signal strength does not go beyond 63 while quality is around 50. Any help will be appreciated as I am new to this... I will post more details if needed as I have no idea from where to start.
