LNB Mounting question

Is their a lnb that I could use on an 18" direct tv dish for now to expierment with on the stronger satellites and then move it over to a bigger size dish later when I purschase one.

I have a Kworld pci satellite card in my computer and just want to see if its some what working before I invest more money into this hobby.

you can use the lnb that came with dish point it at sat 110 echostar 8 gol tv and espnu in the clear in circular feed.this will help you test the operation. dish to small fo ku signals.

Rainman -- is ESPNU still in the clear on your system? I've rescanned that bird several times, and ESPNU shows up scrambled.

i don't have circular feed yet, was just going by what it said on lyngsat.

Just scanned this morning with Coolsat 5000 can only get Gol, Current TV, and the regular dish promo channels on 110

Yeah, that's what I've been getting since this past weekend... although, that Current TV is kinda interesting...

you are welcome starman. now all i got to do is get my car fixed so i can get to sadoun to pick up the stuff i need.
