LNB alignment for T55-Toronto Canada

I seems the T55 I bought isnt the "real thing"..so I am not eligble for LNB setup info from Wavefrontier. Of course I tried.

I have a the centre sat working fine. Can anyone please point me to information on how to set up the off centre LNB's. The instruction manual is garbage.

Let's clarify things here. You did not buy this from Sadoun, because we only sell the original WF dish.

We offer a serial number with every WF dish we sell. The MFG requires that to provide installation support to the customer. Without that number, you will not get support from them. It is only fair. Have you tried to contact the place you bought from?
