Wrong Switch? Need to convert transponder from H to V?

Hi,

I am using Invacom QPH-031 lnb with CM 4x4 CM-6904IFD switch and a motor. For most of satellites, I am only recieving vertical transponders. Does anyone know why? does anyone have a solution? Is it the switch?

I remember that there is a way to convert the transponder from horizontal to vertical but not sure where I read that, does anyone know?

Please help.
