Distance Between the LNB and dish

do you really have to? Isn't there an lnb arm or bracket to where it should go?

That's a pretty big dish, Druzey; almost C-band size. The LNB holder likely has a scalar ring so focal length adjustment is required. Best way is by trial and error since there is only about 2" of play anyway.

i live in asia, Malaysia>sarawak>kuching...
accually, i install it my self, my problem is some of the cannel can see but some of then cant n some of the cannel not clear.
