Maximun length between LNB and Receiver

I have a 60 ft run and 3 splicers from the LNB(Invacom SNH-031) and the Pansat 3500 Receiver and NO SIGNAL.
Is the length of the cable the reason for NO SIGNAL?

Did you have signal before using another cable? If not then the cable is the last thing I would check; its more likely your dish is not pointed at the right satellite. If you did have signal before then check the three couplers and cable connectors. There might be a short or bad connection at one of them.
