Lost Intelsat 5 11836

I am not sure what happened, I lost all the channels and the signal quality for only 11836 on Intelsat 5 (Tunisia, Al Alam....).
All the other frequencies are working just fine and the channels are crystal clear. I rotated the LNB some but it do not help.

I also tried to use a Fortec Star Universal Single Ku 0.4 dB LNBF but I did not get any signal for any frequency. So I put my Pansat LNB back but I still can not get any signal quality for 11836.

Any advices?

I had to delete the frequency and add back again as 11835!
