Switch for Primestar dish?

I have a 36" Primestar dish with dual output lnb (lnb model #NJR2119F)
Does anybody know what kind of switch do I need in order to combine the horizontal and vertical lnb feeds into one output for my receiver !
I have a globecast receiver SE830 and I'm trying to get T5 channels!

There is a switch, but you don't need it. Just run one line to your receiver H/ and cap off the V/. Be sure to ground it somewhere.
