Can't find satellite after mounting on the roof

Can someone help me figure out why I can't find my sattellite (IA5) after I move the dush from a bucket to the side of the house?
1) The pole is vertical
2) I have tried all the elevation settings (my location is San Diego - so everything from 40 to 50 degrees0
3) I have done the tilt and the subtracted for declination
4) I have tried using a satellite signal meter as well as just using a small TV
What am I doing wrong ?
Could my LNBF have gone bad ? ( I do see the signal meter jump when power is applied to it through the reciever, so not sure if that's the porblem...

I have the fortrec system with the upgraded 36" dish..

PLEASE ADVICE......

When you move the dish from one location to another around the house, there is essentially no change in the dish pointing (azimuth, elevation, skew) if you are still looking at the same sat.

Assuming both mounts are plumb, you only need to transfer the dish as is to the new mount and scan the old azimuth slowly to get the signal. Make sure you have an unobstructed view of the sat from the new location.

Why did you move the dish, and can you get the signal if the dish is moved back?
