I'm close but no cigar ---TwinHan 102G on my pc

Ok hey I am sure I have Galaxy 10R dialed in. The signal on the sat finder sure thinks so. It is strong it seems. But I go to my pc with the TwinHan card in it and it is still the same. No picture. 0% quality. No picture. On the configuration page it still says 67% strength and it fluctuates some. That doesn't seem to be relevant to this signal since I always got that. Quality 0% right below that. I have the Motor section with 122.2 Longitude and the Latitude 40. Correct for Corning California. That is in Northern CA. But below that in the Motor section it say Degree and that is at 0.0 and then there is Elevation which is also at 0.0. Not sure why but I can't change that setting. It is grayed out and not able to be changed. There has to be something not right here. I know I have that satellite strong. The sat finder really worked for that. From East to West I found the sat at the strong as I could. Then up and down. The elevation of the dish to make the signal stronger. It is pointing to 122.0 degrees exactly where Galaxy 10R is supposed to be. So why am I not getting anything on my pc? Please let me know what you think. Whether you have this software or not you may have the answer. I will be waiting with bells on for all your replies lol. Sincerely Jerry_Satellite :mozilla_innocent:
