DBS-2500 Receiver and Dish300 installation looking for help

Hi, I've recently got DBS-2500 receiver and tried to hook it up with my preinstalled Dish300 antena (Echostar3 61.5). When I tried to go installation menu and check for the signal it show: level:42% quality:0
with my regular Dishnet receiver I am getting 121 on signal meter. and everything works just fine. but for some reason it will not work at all with DBS-2500 setup!!! What am I doing wrong?
