Ku Analog via IF LOOP out ???

I have a Uniden UST4400 analog receiver from the C-band days which I still use occasionally to move my BUD, and analog feeds. I've never used the 4400 for Ku analog, but it's capable. I have a separate motorized 80cm dish / FSKU-V Lnbf for Ku and a FORTEC Lifetime Ultra. If I use the "ANT OUT" out of the Fortec into the IF input of the old 4400, should I be able to tune analog Ku?

You would use the LOOP OUT or IF OUT, not ANT OUT; that is for RF such as CATV or an OTA antenna.

Ok kat, yeah, I just mis typed on the ANT... meant SAT OUT, which is the port on the back of the fortec. Thanks. I'll give it a shot in the morning.
